Deluxe Edition PSN Store

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark,
Snowfall,
Natural Disasters,
Mass Transit, All of the above

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I bought the deluxe edition of Cities Skylines from the PSN Store. In this version, the platinum trophy is not playable without the DLCs because you also have to earn the DLC building for "I want it all". That really can not be. Am so frustrated.

Hi Christian, Im a ps4 player just like you.
If you have the Deluxe Edition, why dont you try to unlock the buildings in Natuaral Disaster? Isnt much hard, and playing scenarios is fun too, some of them are really short but challenging (floodland).
Would be bad if people dont have the DLC and the trophy required DLC buildings for them to get.
