Ultimate edition on ps4 doesn’t have all packs

What is your game version?
PlayStation 4

What expansions do you have installed?
Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I bought the ultimate edition of City Skylines about a year ago for a hundred bucks, and a couple weeks ago, when I signed back in, some new dlcs came out, but when I looked at them, they weren’t installed for me. Apparently I have to still buy the new ones. I thought that if I bought the ultimate edition, I would get new ones too?

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

I'm afraid that is not the case, as it says here:

So it only includes the first 9 expansions, and minor DLCs up to that point as well. Sunset Harbour is the 10th expansion so not included, same with other recent content.
