Please help. Since the most recent update I can only go away far as the loading screen. Everything before hand works fine but the loading screen with the blue circling bird never disappears. I can here the demolishing sound if I press triangle so I know behind the load screen the city is there. I have reinstalled the game twice and deleted my saves which hurt! But the game will still not load.
