Keyboard is no longer working on remastered PS5

What is your game version?
Playstation 5 remastered

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
Zero

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The keyboard is not working in game or on the keybinds menus at all. It worked great on the PS4 version. It also works on the main screen but not at all after that. It will not let me type or select a keybind as if the game doesn't recognize my keyboard but I know it does. It's a popular Logitech keyboard. Please help as I need they keyboard to type names for things and pull up menus without having to use the controller..... This should probably be a big priority as you released the game today. please provide an update ASAP!

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes, it does not work at all after the main screen. Even going into options from the main screen makes the keyboard not work.

I'm currently facing the same issue. Keyboard doesn't work in game on PS5 remastered version.

Is working for me but is missing some keyboard shortcuts like the radial menu annoying having to move the mouse all the way to the corner to get the special menu

even though with the newest update where all the dlcs were made available on the remastered, some keybind shortcuts are still missing esp. The radial menu. I really do hope they'll still release an update and hopefully can fix the issues on the keyboard bindings on console version.
