Transit Vehicle Count Slider needs updating

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
On console, you should fix the vehicle count slider so that it doesn't only snap to intervals of 25%. I would like to be able to fine tune the exact number of vehicles (can be done on PC), which is especially important for longer transit lines when the vehicle count jumps from 7 to 11 without any capability to pick a number between them.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
