Blue roads, not being able to build, errors

What is your game version?
The latest version

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
81 tiles V2, move it, prop anarchy

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So when I try to make a new city I get these weird errors and stuff and I didn't download any new mods over the past 3 months but I could perfectly play about a month ago so I have no idea what caused this please help I really want to build a city since i got loads of inspiration from being in Prague

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
1. New city
2. Get loaded in with errors
3. Click away errors and have blue roads and every 5 seconds or so a new error

Your log shows some old broken mods in use which you should unsubscribe:

• Tree Anarchy 1.3.6 - get Tree Anarchy temporary fix or Tree Control 0.9 instead
• Extended Managers Library 1.0.3 - get Extended Managers Library temporary fix instead if you use mods that still require EML

Those two mods are broken and very likely the cause of the issues you're having.
