Cannot open the Policies tab after after loading/continuing directly from the launcher

What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Mass Transit

What mods are you using?


Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When pressing "Continue" in the paradox launcher (via steam), the city loads fine except that i cannot open the Policies window. It just displays a small cross to close the window, in the bottom right corner. If i click Continue in the main menu for the same city, i have no issue.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Press Play on Steam, then Continue in the Paradox launcher. It happens with any city (which has enough pop to have policies).

Hi, thank you for answering.
I do not have this bug anymore and i do not know why. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I already disabled the mods before my first message. I only use Harmony and TMPE.
Today I disabled and reenabled them to get the output log, and now i have no issue.
Anyway, thanks
