Describe your issue
Cities Skylines is crashing when loading in a new game or a savegame

What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?
concerts, deluxe, industries, mass transit, parklife, snowfall, soundtrack, the architecture artbook

What mods are you using?
none

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So i load in in the menu. then i click on start new game. It loads to a certain level and then just shutdown.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yeah just start a new game over and over again

Is that the output log generated after the crash? I can't find anything wrong in it.
Anyway, my suspicion is that you're subscribed to too many assets, more than your RAM can handle - you have 16GB of RAM and are subscribed to 3,000+ assets. The ideal number would be between 800 and 1,200 assets.

ahh sorry i put the wrong output log in it now it should be alright. i also put a error log in it if this helps. how can i fix the problem with the assets?
 
Actually, now that you've attached the correct output log and the error log, I can see it's not a problem related to memory. It seems to be related to your videocard.

Make sure all your video drivers are updated. Also, do you happen to have Citrix Workspace installed in your machine?

so all of my drivers are updated and nope i dont have Citrix Workspace
