Cities Skylines (Steam) - Content Manager doesn't show mods

Cities Skylines (Steam) - Content Manager doesn't show mods

Expected Result​

Being able to see mods and activate them in the content manager

Actual Result​

The Content Manager doesn't show anything in the mod options, not even vanilla mods, leaving just a blank table.

Steps to reproduce​

Launch game through Steam, loading into the main menu

However, I can see the themes, styles and assets, but not the mods in the content manager.

I have tried the following in order: Reinstall the game, verifying Integrity of the game and unsubscribing the mods that I had downloaded. None of them has worked to help me solve this issue.

If anyone is wondering, I was subsrcibed to:

My specs are:
CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H 2.30 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
RAM memory: 16GB
All of those run Cities Skylines perfectly and I doubt they can cause any issue.

Mods Gone From Content Manager But Still Subbed in Steam

After the update - I have noticed that all of my mods are gone from the content manager in C:S. I am still subbed to them in Steam. I tried unsub/resub to two different mods and they never show up in C:S Content Manager. It's like the game...
