What is your game version?
1.16.1-f2

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
Unlimited money and Unlock All mod

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The game crashes, with blue screen and computer restart, when i try to start a new game/load game. This error occurs at the end of the loading screen (With "Loading Screen Mod Revisited 1.1" it marks "In game" but does not work.)
Without any mods the game runs but sometimes clicking in "exit to game menu" the same error occurs.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Everytime that "Unlimited money" and "Unlock All" are marked. I have reinstalled the game, without any content of Steam Workshop, and the problem continues.

The last three tests I´ve made the game has worked, each mod alone and both together, but when I am exiting directly to the desktop in the last one, the issue has reappeared.

Thank you, but it looks that the problem (nvlddmkm.sys in the blue screen) is related with the Nvidia Drivers. So I reinstalled them and the game works (at the moment) whitout crashes.

Yes, that is an nvidia file for sure.
