Game crashes at Paradox splash screen

What is your game version?
1.16.1-f2

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit, Parklife, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
I have disabled mods and still crashes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I load the game (steam) it gets as far as the Paradox splash screen and crashes back to the desktop. I have tried -noworkshop and still crashes at the same place. I am unable to get to the game to disable mods

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Start the game. I have restarted the machine and still crashes

I am able to access the game with -noWorkshop but that does not help me since I cannot troubleshoot mods. I also checked all mods against the compatability list and all check out ok or are not listed

I have now one by one disabled all mods and still I am crashing at the Paradox splash...I wish I could get some sort of direction to go from here. I am on Ubuntu 22.04. I am including another log with mods unsubed

I fixed the problem. The mod Compatibility report 2.3.2 is broken (at least on my Linux version). When I excluded it (I had thought I unsubed it but hadn't) I was able to play again
