Cities: Skylines (Steam) - Game doesn't save

Game doesn't save

What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
some but they are disabled with "--noWorkshop"

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When i want to save a game the savegame is not shown when i want to load a game and is not listed with the other savegames

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\Users\shalk\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\continue_game.json" is denied.

This is almost certainly your antivirus app getting in the way. Which one do you use?

Make sure cities.exe is in all its exceptions lists; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

I only use Windows Defender as antivirus app

I added the cities.exe to the Windows Defender exceptions list. First i does not work.

After i deleted the "continue_game.json" and made a steam file check it worked.

I tested some saves and started the game 3 times and it still works now.
