Game Freeze and Crashed on Loading Map Screeb

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Well, when im in the loading screen to enter into a loadout, the game freezes and the it just crash, i dont anything that could be the cause of the issue, i also uninstall multiple times the game, i even change the Steam version to the Epic one, but still, nothing.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

You've run out of available memory. Actually, with only 4GB of RAM, your machine doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run the game - which would be 8GB. If you can't afford to buy more RAM now, my only suggestion would be to ask for a refund. Sorry.
