Game is not showing district, park areas and more

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The game is not showing park and district areas. Also the pipes for water are not showing what they are covering. As you can see in the attachment there is a park area called ''Linden Grounds'' but you can't see any of the covered area of the park. This is the same with the district areas and water coverage.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Please try verifying game files through Steam.

If that doesn't help, we will need to see the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux). Depending on your operating system the log can be found here:
