Some mods are necessary to load a save once you use them, so disabling them might not help either. Compare the mods you used in this save with the list below and see if any of them is broken. Also see the tab that says "Broken"

After you sort that out, if the issue persists (or if you don't have any broken mods whatsoever), return here so we can take other steps

I have checked the list and put the mods back in. All the ones I have are compatible. There is one mod I couldn't find. Its parking garage by Badi_Dea. I put it back in and launched the game and its still stuck on loading screen.

It's not a mod, it's an asset. You can find it here.

Try these steps to recover your game:
  • Subscribe to Loading Screen Mod if you haven't already and enable it in Content Manager
  • In the Main Menu, go to Options and select the Loading Screen Mod in the list on the left
  • In the mod's settings, under "General", select all boxes under "Safe Mode"
  • Load the save and, if that works, save it as a new file
  • Restart the game, disable the Safe Mode and load the save (the new file) again

I tried doing that it loaded it up but I got this error:
from what I read, I am missing an asset or a mod still.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]

Details:
No details

To check for assets, follow these steps:

- Go to Loading Screen Mod's settings again, but this time go to "Reporting"
- Select the box that says "Check assets for errors"
- Also make sure that the box to save report in the directory is selected too (it is by default)
- Load the save
- After the save is loaded, go to said directory and open the .htm file generated for your save. It'll have a list of missing assets

Hi, sorry for not replying.
A lot of simulation errors there in this output log. One of them seems to be related to a transport manager mod, are you using any by any chance? The other ones seem to be related to radio stations - first time I've seen those actually. Are you subscribed to any radio station mod?
