What is your game version?
Newest Version

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Industries, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When trying to launch the game it crashes. Giving me the error: "The game appears to have crashed or terminated unexpectedly (exit code 3221225477). The issue may be solved by verifying the integrity of your game files and deactivating any mods. If you are using Windows, you may also need to install Visual C++ Redistributable and .NET Framework."

I have updated all my drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and tried some other workarounds using the forums here.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Every time I press play.

You almost certainly have the Citrix Workspace problem.
