What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Reinstalled cities skylines after not playing it for a few years, waited for it to patch and restarted launcher as instructed but the game won't launch. It states 'exit code 2331335477' and generates a bug report (attached).

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes - every time I try to start the game the exact same error message pops up.

To add - I have no expansion packs.

Do you happen to have Citrix Workspace installed on your computer? If so, it's known to cause crashes with Unity. You can see more info on it - and a possible workaround - in this thread:

You can try the workaround that one of the mods showed in that thread.

The easiest workaround is uninstalling Citrix and then installing the version found on the Windows App Store. That version does not insert itself as a virtual graphics card, which is what Unity games struggle with.

I have the same issue.... But, no Citrix.

Please make your own bug report and attach those same logs (output log, error log and crash report). Thanks!
