Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I recently started a new game, and by the time the latest patch update, incl the hotfix, was released I hadn't begin developing the city, only the highways and an airport, (to test all outside air plane connections fully working). When I started to build on the map and reached 5000 citizens, I added an Intercity Bus Station, see image 1. However, as it turns out no intercity buses will arrive at the bus station. All outside connections are fully working, intercity buses comes and goes from all of them, that is from one outside connection to another, see image 2, even a few tiles away from the bus station, but again, won't go to the bus station.

For this reason I loaded my previous game to check if I had similar issues, but as shown in image 3 and 4, everything works just fine... I even moved the bus station to a new location, and after awhile intercity buses arrived... and both games are using the EXACT same setup as far as mods and assets concerns... the only difference would be that the bus station in the latter case was established long before the latest patch update/hotfix...

However, I've made some new observations which, to my knowledge, wasn't there before;

1. The bus station in the previous game does no longer recognize the number of passengers, see image 4

2. The bus station in the new game doesn't receive any police patrols, despite having crime issues

3. Both bus stations, (new and previous game), suddenly attracts a never ending flow of tourists, all of them actually going to various destinations in my cities, not even close to the bus stations, but first enter into the bus stations outmost bus stop under the roof, and then turns around and continue to go to their actual destinations, see image 1 and 3

4. For as long as I've had this game, (since 2016), I've recognized that whenever I build a bus station, depending on the road layout, it also created an additional bus stop on the connecting roads... this is something I used to my advantage in my previous game, by adding roads within the bus station area for that additional bus stop to be placed alongside the bus station building, see image 3 and 4, allowing for me to have bus props under any of the bus stops under roofs. Whenever needed an intercity bus would spawn from one of the under roof bus stops and drive to the additional bus stop alongside the bus station building to collect passengers... As I tested to move the bus station in the previous game, where I didn't layed out any roads inside, intercity buses uses the bus stops under roofs - as they of course should... BUT - that additional bus stop is no longer added when placing a bus station, and it doesn't matter how maby times I try, it won't happen...


Conclusion; It's as if the bus station isn't there, yet it is... seeing as the latest patch update/hotfix was about Transport&Hubs, I can't dismiss the possibility that this is at fault or to blame here...

I would start by cleaning up all mods with "Major issues" or "Unsubscribe" in the Compatibility Report.

I also have this problem, on console version (PS4). The intercity buses do not go to the stations/terminals anymore. I haven't seen them on my highways either, passing through my city to another like they used to do before the update.

Yeah well... first off I think it's important to acknowledge that the Compatibility Report isn't something written in stone, so to speak, but mainly an informative guide to make it easier for the end user to determine "risks" with subscribed mods... in my particular case it refers to mods that points out authors not being around anylonger - something which isn't entirely correct, (i.e BloodyPenguin for instance), and mods that have been "replaced" by new ones - most of them still in their early stages of development, while the mods I'm using pose none or very little risk while waiting for the new ones to become more stable...

Second of all, I've done some further testings including replacing outside connections with new ones, all to no avail I'm afraid... however, eventually I found that adding some extra test-intersections made the game finally recognize the intercity bus station - something which I find interesting as it points towards path finding issues... my highway network isn't complex at this point as I just started the city, but I have noticed that some path finding issues came with the latest patch update... for instance lost all my buildings inside the zoo and theme park area their road connections, despite being assigned park roads, so...

Thirdly I've also encountered similar issues with the passenger- and the cargo harbor, someting which I'm about to address as well to see if also those have path finding issues...
