The latest patch for events not working hasn't been made available to download for game pass

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Deleted game and redownloaded and the issue persisted

That edition is the same as the Console edition, which is from Tantalus, and has not had this patch released yet - it needs to be vetted by both Sony and Microsoft, and we get no say over how long they take for that.
