Parking lot on Ground Bypass Train Station from CCP not working

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Industries, Sunset Harbor
What mods are you using?
81 Tiles, TMPE, Better Transit, Game Anarchy
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Using TMPE Parking AI, cars refuse to park in parking lot of the Ground Bypass Train Station from the content creators train station DLC. Cars also seem to refuse to park in it without TMPE, but its a lot more obvious when every parking lot near is full and this one is sitting empty. I have had working parking from other stations in the CCP Train Stations pack however.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
