Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Started a new game using the built-in "Unlock All". Not all buildings unlocked.
The following were not unlocked: Colossal Order Offices, Business Park, MAM Modern Art Museum, Sparkly Unicorn Rainbow Park, Open-Air Mall Phase II, Communications Center, Bantu Art Museum, Sahel Monument, Unity Pyramid.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Loaded game again, same.
