Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I named a road Steve to unlock the trophy the game crashes

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Tried twice both times the game crashed

Can you attach the files mentioned here? Naming the road might have been the trigger, but I doubt it's the cause, so we better look into what actually caused your game to crash.
