Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This is for PS4. The game is a buggy mess. When I save the game the screen turn very bright and when an achievement is unlocked I cannot exit out the achievement screen. Too many times have I lost hours of game play and very tired of it. Sorry if I sound irritated, but this has happened too many times.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

The issue with the brightness is a known bug in 3.00, and should be fixed in the next patch. It is triggered by a game save. If you exit and restart the game it goes away until the next save.

The achievements one is new to me though. Is anyone else reading this getting that problem too?

The brightness issue also appears randomly when building streets and holding the triangle button to change street shape!

Hello

I've experienced this issue with the milestones once on PS4.

I had been in the course of deleting a city service building and had been presented with the delete confirmation pop up.

Prior to pressing (X) to confirm the delete, a population milestone was reached. In that new window displaying the unlocks, I found (O) would cause the button animation in the menu, but the menu wouldn't close.

After testing a little bit in the stuck screen I had to restart the game. Auto save default at 10 minutes is nice
