Unable to launch any maps - game crashes.

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Mass Transit, Industries, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Unable to launch any maps - game crashes. Since then I have changed passwords and login details with Paradox, tried linking to Steam and nothing is succeeding - totally confused and llost and feel like I've dug myself into a deeper hole than I started at - please help get me relaunched into the game - I have deleted ALL my historic savegames as nothing was launching and deleted ALL mods. I do have a few of the expansions listed below but can't remember which. I'll tick all those I think I have paid for.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes - launch Steam from desktop, click play (only option as all games deleted). Try to launch any map and it crashes every time back to deskop. Occasionally states report problem - but can't work out how to do this.

Please gather both these two informational files, and attach them here:

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
