What is your game version?
1.16.1-f2

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
i need to find out what mod is causing this

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
i know some type of mod/asset is causing this problem, and i need help to know which mod is causing it so i can disable it

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
