Cities Skylines Update Request Underground Electric

I really like Cities Skylines (have v1.15.1-f4) but the game needs updating.

My prime example is NOT having Underground Electric Lines. In today's world most modern cities use underground cabling (electric and video cable).

There are MODs that supposedly do this but none work on the current version of Cities Skylines.

REQUEST: Next Cities Skylines game update add underground electric connections, and it should work exactly like Water Connections (showing area with electricity as you place the lines). In other words Underground Electric would use the same code except the lines would be Electric instead of Water.

Doable?

I did get MODs for Underground Electric to work.

But there's one BIG WARNING with the ones I found, since they build objects where they are located will prevent building anything else. THEY ARE NOT REALLY UNDERGROUND, they DO NOT work like Water lines.
