Both new Highway Roads in the 13.01 version have yet to be fixed on PS4 & Xbox One....

What expansions do you have installed?
What mods are you using?
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Even after the 13.02 hotfix that fixes the missing parking lots and Metro-Train-Monorail-Tram-Hub with road, these two new highway roads in terms of graphics have yet to be address. The other new roads recently has not been affected by this texture glitch shown in the screenshot I have provided for you. Now, we players have to wait for another hotfix as these two road on consoles don't like what's been shown in the promos leading up to March 22nd's update. This means I can't use
them until they get fixed up. This glitch also affects the new highway roads with sound barriers too! >_<

No. This occurred when the 13.01 update was released on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
