Broken bus lanes and weird road issues

What is your game version?
Playing on Xbox, I don't see the game version on the specified location.

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit

What mods are you using?
No mods, playing on Xbox

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Today I went back to play Cities Skylines on my Xbox after the late "bugs" where fixed.
I have several broken bus lanes and I have a weir issue with some roads (please see attached images)

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Im having the same problem
All the bus, mono and train lines just randomly disconnects them self’s

Hello, nous avons le même problème sur PS4 avec les routes qui se coupent et s'étirent !!! Depuis le dernier patch !!
