Can’t delete fishing lines outside of city limits

What is your game version?
Doesn’t say on console but the latest one

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above
What mods are you using?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Really as the title says, you can place fishing lines outside your map but when the fishing line isn’t collecting enough fish there is no way to edit/delete it. And if you do decide to delete it or move it you are stuck with those pop ups.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Just try and delete a fishing line outside of your map on console. Xbox one

U need to connect the line to a harbor and on the harbor press "delete line"

Or use MnK, then ur cursor can go over the city limits

How do you even setup a fishing line outside city limits, because im on PS4 but been unable to do this and like to know how to do it.

Funny I have the opposite problem, I cannot place lines outside of my Cities ‍ Found the lines to be a pain to edit if you make a mistake, definitely needs a tweak to make them more user friendly
