Describe your issue
Missing purchased DLC for remastered version

What is your game version?
Xbox

What expansions do you have installed?
Green Cities, Airports

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After the Remastered Version installed I went into manage game to reinstall any and all DLC that would be available for the new version and it’s only showing 7 available for install. I own 33 DLC’s for Cities Skylines. Photo 1 is of Xbox One Edition and 33 DLC’s Photo 2 is of Remastered version and 7 DLC’s.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Yes I have noticed it. It’s part of plazas and promenades. And the weird thing is it’s supposed to be remastered. Because they said everything before airports would be.
iv noticed content missing in game e.g. small 4 lane road small 3 lane road some of the tram roads like 6 land road with tram bus and cycle lane and quite a few more has anyone else noticed this?
Angers me too. Because that DLC has a lot of helpful items.

I believe these were added in the free update alongside the Plazas and Promenades release. We'll all have to wait a few months until all the remaining DLC to be remastered.

You need to go to xbox series x, store, and check for add-ins that are available for the game: cities skylines remastered. there you will see all of them and you need to click the install for those that you own..

Andrew, I went out and uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I was able to get all the other DLC that i have with the regular game, with the exception of the ones that I know are after Airports which are still being worked on, but Industries still takes me to the purchace and charge when i try and install it. I have Industries on my console for the regular Cities Skylines game, and when i go to add ons in regular game its there and states that it is owned, but for some reason, it does not show up as owned on Remastered. I think this may be due to the fact that this was part of a bundle when i originally purchased, but unfortunately whatever they did to fix this at xbox store did not work for me. Again, i am currently playing with it on City Skylines with no issues.

In the Xbox store it may appear with an option to buy the DLC. To confirm, have you tried selecting that option? Sometimes the store show with an option to buy before an option to install. If you select to buy it, then it SHOULD appear with an option to install, though if a menu appears with a confirmation on a purchase, cancel it and report back here

Industry and mass transit are showing installed with the remastered game but when I open the game those maps are locked out.

Both DLC's work fine with city skylines the xbox one version.

How do I fix this please?

Update: uninstalling the game but not uninstalling the DLC's then reinstalling the game fixes the problem

I also have the same problem, all of my Purchased DLC transferred for City Skylines Remastered, except for the Industries DLC. I have tried all of the potential solutions listed in this thread, and none of them worked. Industries came with one of the City Skylines seasons passes I bought. It works find on my Xbox One, but not on my Xbox series X

Is it a case of you can install Industries but the game doesn't recognise it, or you can't install it at all? If you can't install it then I don't know how to help with that. If you can install it, does it show as installed in the main menu of the remaster?

If it doesn't show in the list of installed DLC, try completely closing the game before uninstalling the Industries DLC ONLY (do not uninstall the game) then reinstall it. This should hopefully fix the issue.

Unfortunately it doesn't recognize that I already own the Industries DLC and tries to charge me for it again. Thanks for your help.

In that case, have you tried selecting the buy option in the xbox store? Upon selecting that option a menu should pop up where it should allow you to install it. If you're worried that it'll immediately buy it and you'll lose money, don't be as the store still pops that menu up as confirmation. Hopefully with this method it'll allow you to install the DLC.
