My snowfall city doesn't load building textures and crashes when I look at the forestry industry with a lot of trees

I play on the xbox series s on the xbox one edition
What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports
What mods are you using?
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The building textures do not load in when everything else loads in fine and when I look closer to my forestry industry the game crashes
