Cities skylines Xbox one: incompatible save version detected

Hi

Been playing the same game and city for months, and suddenly it appears :

"Incompatible save version detected. Required DLC packs (green cities, content creator pack: European suburbia, parklife and industries) are missing."

So the game I always played is not loading up. At all! Looks like I don't own the abovementioned dlcs, and they show in the store like something I can pay and get. But... I ve already bought and enjoyed those, so they disappeared at some point. how to fix it? Thanks

I have something like this happen to me every now and then. My solution is to just uninstall then install the problem DLCs again. Your case seems a tad different though as you say the store says shows the purchase option as if you don't own them. I'd contact Xbox Support about this issue.
