Trees are very glitchy when the are next to roads.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I put trees in the middle of highways to make them look good, the trees automatically disappear. When I try to replace them in the previous tree’s place, the game says that the tree still exists. I thaught it was only for highways so I ignored it for about 3 hours when I tried to make a park without using the actual game parks. (Using pathways and trees of different colors) I ended up placing multiple trees next to small and medium roads, the trees still disappeared and was unable to place them back. Please resolve this issue as my citie is looking a bit bland and needs some TLC.
