I'd like to customize the previous series' mods of these features. These features have been used very well in previous series games and I'm very satisfied with them.

1. Construction cost
2. Power/water usage
3. Service power or charm
4. Service's radius
5. Fire probability
6. Waste generation and maximum capacity (waste maximum capacity is to prevent waste from filling up quickly when adjusting the number of people through the mod)

6. Waste generation and maximum capacity (waste maximum capacity is to prevent waste from filling up quickly when adjusting the number of people through the mod)
7. Maintenance cost
8. Noise range
9. Tourist-related options
10. Differentiated personnel placement based on education level (in CSL1, the number of people is fixed, but in CSL2, there is an option to differentiate the percentage based on education level)
 
For specific residential or commercial buildings:
1. Fixed number of residential households
2. Fixed number of workers for specific commercial buildings
3. Fixed number of workers for specific service buildings

For these types of options, there is a Realistic Workplaces And Households mod that other modders support for CSL2, but I would like to see an option to enable overriding so that the current City Controller mod's personnel settings take precedence over the worker personnel settings in this mod.
 
If this is like game anarchy (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2781804786) but for CSL2 I would be verry happy!

Some of the highlighted features:
- RICO Income Anarchy - Modify the RICO revenue multiplier to easily increase city revenue.
- City Services - Remove death, fire, maximize attractiveness, maximize entertainment, maximize land value, maximize education coverage.
- Skip Intro - Further shorten the time to enter the game.
- Fast Return - Exit the game quickly.
 
First off thank you! This feels a bit like the anarchy mod for CS1, which yes was 90% duplicate features of other mods, however, it was so nice to only need 1 mod, and only rely on one mod for updates and such. If it wouldn't ruffle any feathers I would love to see you include more of your original plans.

Personally my biggest ask of a mod like this would be something to change fire burn time, water abonnement / flood time, basically things in the game that only give you x time to respond.

For example fire burn time is a bit messed up because you almost have to have helicopters everywhere just to get to fires in time despite plenty of fire departments. Would love a way to just tell the game a fire actually takes 5 minutes instead of lets say 1 minute to burn down a building. This would allow you to use actual fire engines to respond to problems instead of helicopters always fixing everything.

Also really pumped for the notification icon control. I have a couple no pedestrian icons that are impossible to remove and dont seem to affect anything that I would be so thrilled to see gone.

I loved the Customize Mod from CS1 - and it would be amazing to have the same possibilites like this one
 
Not sure if this is relevent to this mod, but could you add a Hide it feature? We still have no mods that aloow us to selectively hide variuos things that can either be annoying (like the high land value pop ups), or vanilla items that we simply don't want in our particular city. Thanks!

Would it be possible in future to add an option to fill warehouses/cargo ports with resources, especially the specialist industry resources.
