Is possible to block city buildings graphics from changing to your main national culture every time when the province population rises? I think it would have more sense to make it connected only to province culture change (via events).

Yes, this way.
IMO would be more interesting for aesthetics (and historical accuracy at some point:)) to connect architecture graphics to province culture changes.

Is it any chance to do it? May be in future patches? I doubt that it could be hard to fix.
