Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
CoA of majority of kingdoms are either completely black or present yellow sun on the red background, sometimes it's brown and blue stripes instead. For whatever reason, most of muslim countries are unaffected by this bug. Screenshots below were done without any mods - while mods are working (currently only CK2+), there are only a few of CoA missing - mostly in the Jerusalem area, like said Jerusalem, Nubia, etc. This error occurs no matter what timeline or Kingdom I chose. Bug still occurs after deleting gfx folder, changing resolution and other presented steps to fix "black CoA" issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I just turn on the game and try to pick any available kingdom in any available time. I am not sure if there is anything that triggers it.

Pretty sure that it's not a bug, but a tech support issue.
Saying that even though i don't have the last few DLCs.

Which gfx folder did you delete ?
In Documents.. or in Steamapps... ?

Deleting one of those should fix it.
Of course in case of the Steamapps game files with a "verify integrity of game files" in Steam afterwards, assuming it's not downlaoded by Steam automatically...

Bug or tech support doesn't matter. Most of the lurkers know how to fix it.

You need to remove the gfx folder in the .../documents/paradox/ck2/... folder. After which the game will recreate the folder on launch.

If you have removed the folder from the steamapps folder you should definitely run a verification of your files.
