Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The bottom and right side of the game do not appear on my screen (see attached screenshot). This means that I cannot see my siblings, court chaplain, or one of the known plots. I'm on a 3840x2160 monitor (Windows 10) but have set the resolution to 1280x720 in the settings.txt file and have overridden high DPI scaling behavior to make the fonts readable.
I've seen some reports about this on Macs but not one for Windows.
Help is appreciated!

Steps to reproduce the issue.
start the game. Think it's some sort of resolution/scaling issue.

Has this been the case ever since you've had the game? Or only since what change or update?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Hi Andrew, thanks for your reply and apologies for posting in the wrong forum. I just got the game on Thursday with the sale on Steam, and it's been a problem ever since. Attached is a zipped folder containing the files you requested. I've messed around with the resolution in settings.txt a bit since I posted the report, but it doesn't seem to help.

Edit that settings.txt as follows, to math your Windows desktop:
