secretly_convert_to_province_religion does not work for Christian provinces.
The problem is in dlc_religion_check_trigger. It always returns false for Christian religions, as if players are missing the DLC for playing as Christian.
(Issue was found by @phantom blood#8492 and @Sullen Apathy#8356 on Discord; I helped find the cause.)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start as a Byzantine Emperor
2. Console 'religion catholic'
3. Right-click Constantinople
"Secretly convert to Orthodox" is not available, and should be.
