Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Christian characters DO NOT REQUIRE DLC TO UNLOCK. However, this scripted trigger FAILED to BYPASS this situation, making it hard to secretly converting to or between Christianity branches.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Targetted secret conversion now requires this trigger to appear.
1. Pick Count Henri of Kaliopolis in the Latin Empire bookmark (1204.5.16)
2. Right click your primary title. You will NOT see the decision "Secretly convert to Orthodox", even if you are Catholic and Kaliopolis is Orthodox.
