Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If my liege has elective gavelkind succession, I can only start a claimant faction to install a character who is both eligible for election AND has a claim. This excludes a lot of claimants, including anyone of a different dynasty.
I think this was a side-effect of moving Elective Gavelkind onto the new elective system, causing liege_titles_w_claimant to list only characters eligible for election. Perhaps it should list them plus claimants.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start 867 as Järnbäraland (vassal of Uppland)
2. console: 'claim d_uppland'
3. Try to start a faction to install yourself as duke
