The Emir of Samarra (himself a vassal of the Abbasid Empire) declared a war to press a claim against a vassal of mine (d_Alexandria), which should have been invalid to declare. The war immediately ended (invalid CB), but it shouldn't have been declarable in the first place.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Cannot reproduce. If I have instructions to upload an Ironman cloud save, I'll upload the save.
