Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am Duke Giacopo Orsini of Sardinia. My liege is the Pope. My second eldest son is the child of me and my late wife Matilda di Canossa of Tuscany. She has since passed and my son Bonifacio has taken over for her as Duke of Tuscany, Modena, Spoleto, and Abruzzo. His liege is the Kaiser of the HRE. We (my son and I) are in an alliance. His liege and my liege are currently embroiled in an anti-papal war sponsored by Norway. My son just called me into a war - a revolt against his rule to increase Council Power. I happily obliged, but then I remembered I previously had this issue when I was in an alliance with his mother. When our liege's are at war with each other, we can still enter into wars as allies but when our troops occupy the same province we will battle each other. Additionally, I can siege their land and they mine.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Be Count Orsini of Orvieto in September 1066 bookmark.
2. Seduce and marry Duchess Matilda of Tuscany.
3. Alliance.
4. HRE and Pope get into a war on opposite sides (most likely an antipapal war considering how often the Kaiser loves to raise an anti-pope).
5. Get into a war and call on your ally Matilda (or your child who has taken her place), and watch as the bugginess commences.
