One line summary of your issue
[3.0.1.1][ONDO]"Revoke prince-bishopric" remains in "My Plots" after being triggered

Game Version
3.0.1.1 (ONDO)

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In my first playthrough on the Newbie Island, I revoked a prince-bishopric (no matter how odd it may sound). The revokement was successful as the option no longer appears under "Intrigue" -> "Decisions". Since I wasn't allowed to land the title, it was passed on to someone else. Somehow it still remains in "My Plots" which blocks any kind of new plot. The target naturally became the new prince-bishop who bore this title. When he died (at the age of 71), yet another guy succeeded to the same title and thereby became the new target. Besides, the plot can't be canceled, since it "has been set in motion" (see the attached screenshot).

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Grant a landed title to a bishop and try to revoke it via a plot. A save file is attached.

This may be a temporary solution for your game, but you can try right-clicking a character and plot to kill him to change the plot, then cancel it.

But this is an issue that really should be solved.

Thanks for the advice! Unfortunately this wouldn't work, since the bug would block ANY kind of new plot. The image attached below shows what would happen if one tries to plot to kill the target person. The error message (in red) would be the same if it's anyone else.
