Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
A custom title is a title with the "HasCustomGraphics" flag, which generated on a nomadic horse lord.
The title will using dynasty CoA of the ruler as its title emblem. However, a shield CoA will not fit it with the round layout for nomadic khanates.
And more. If I play as a catholic feudal ruler, who has a shield CoA, and take the custom title from a nomadic ruler. It's still not fit it with normal empire shield layout.
Because of the shield CoA inside is resized incorrectly, leaving black matte around it.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Playing as 769 Bavaria King
Using console:
"titleowner e_dyn_146214 190228"
e_dyn_146214 - 146214 is a dynamic, random? number, in this game this is "Khanate of Magyar"
190228 - charid for Bavaria King Tassilo
Tadah! Now you get a empire emblem with broken dynasty CoA.
