Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Such a problem occured when I decided to change defolt haircut from barber after the start of the game. If we use barber, we can only change the type of headgear (veils), but not the haircut itself. Looks like the barber is using wrong layer to be changed. This is true for all the female portraits, independently of culture. Though, all the male portraits are working perfect.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start the game with any of female character

2. Use barber to change your hairstyle

Expected Behavior:
Barber changes the haircut

Result:
Barber changes only headgear, not the haircut itself

So, and when are you going to fix this issue? I noticed, that it wasn't corrected in 3.0.1 patch.
