Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The "Restore the High Priesthood" and "Become Saoshyant" decisions appear to Zoroastrians in a Random World, and one requirement is still to be the emperor of Persia (possibly given a randomized name). However, if de jure kingdoms and empires are randomized, that title does not exist. So Zoroastrians have a couple of decisions that can't ever be taken.

This has not been fixed in patch 3.0.1, so I'm bumping my thread. I hope I'm not being a nuisance by bumping my own bug reports like this. It seems like it would be helpful to move the unfixed bugs in front of those that were fixed with the patch.
