As Byzantines I started with the Mausoleum and then conquered Alexandria and Rome. I can build the mausoleum retinue in the other wonders. Those should have their own retinue instead
OT, but shouldn't it be "plains of Rome"? Also, "plains" does not fit at all for the Apostolic Palace. Rome is usually identified with its hills. And Vatican City is located on a hill

Start as a realm with a historical wonder. Give yourself another province with one
