Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am a Catholic King (Bohemond of Antioch). While trying to request an invasion of the Sunni-owned Syria, this request is denied because both me and the Sultan supposedly have the same religious head.
I don't believe this is WAD.

You are reading that tooltip wrong. To request an invasion you need to have the same religious head. You don't. That CB only works on Catholics
