In /common/landed_titles/landed_titles.txt the Norse cultural name for k_sweden and d_uppland is given as Sviþjod where it should be Svíþjóð.
I made a mod to fix this, but it breaks achievements because this is stored in landed_titles and not localisation. This should be fixed in the base game.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Have k_sweden or d_uppland exist with a Norse culture ruler.
2. Observe that it is not properly rendered as Svíþjóð but Sviþjod.
