My crown prince just turned 16, and became a tough soldier. Oh well, could be worse. Actually, it is worse, because he kept all his (conclave) childhood traits: he is indolent, brooding and conscientious - at the age of 16. So i waited for a few months, saved, reloaded, but nothing changed, which means that the childhood events did not fire. Its an unmodded ironmane game.
